I would not put too much stock in the fact that BofA and Merril Lynch have become substantial shareholders, if you check over the last year I think you will find that this is a fairly often occurance, then approx 3 weeks later they cease to be, I would be more interested to know what they are achieving,
No doubt there will be questions asked soon re the chemicals used in fraccing and the potential for ground water contamination.
