I think Burnett is just saying it as he sees it. I think their is a difference between 'upramping' and 'being excited'. There is nothing worng with him/her interpreting info that they believe is relevant. I have a broker from Macquarie who said the same thing and yes this is a no brainer so the broker is on the right track.
