Potential Price Suppression?

I have noticed last week and pretty much for years that someone is holding the price down or still trying to sell their shares in small parcels. i.e. last week, 1 lot of 50k was for sale at 10c.. as soon as it got purchased, another 50k popped up. Then, that got acquired.. Then, now, there is another 50k at 10.5c... I very much doubt that is a coincidence considering how tightly held this stock is.

One day we will find out whether GWR is just a dog (and thus, someone getting out) or suppression (and someone just trying to hold it down)
