FB, you keep going on about this 14 year project but the value to the company really isn't significant after the initial construction works. This isn't like 14 years of building. It's a solid contract for say 2 years, winding down over the 3rd and possibly 4th, with 10 years of maintenance work that will most likely be subcontracted to specialists.
This is what the market understands and is why the share price is where it is - this project alone isn't going to take the share price into the stratosphere.
