IF an offer is made at $3.50, THEN all other Li stocks will rerate accordingly based on projected/expected production capability and discounted for risk such as cost to get to production stage.
IMO that would produce a significant change for the PLS to which you refer here and LTR will simply continue to reflect a premium to offered share TO on basis of discount to rerated PLS share price.
So … $3.50 might seem attractive as compared to other current Li company SP - but that’s just a reflection of games currently being played with their SP too.
To me LTR is worth early retirement scale dividends in the near future and any take over offer will need to fairly compensate me for the same before I would be happy to sell out.
