Surely there would be some sort of corporate governance to prevent a situation where a majority shareholders best interests might be served in seeing, temporarily, downward pressure on the share price?
Secondly who questions T4P? I mean he was full of praise for the stock on the Destra site, then suddenly a change of heart. What information did he have when they placed a sell on the stock? How close are they to Prime?
I thought a takeover offer of 14 cents might be counter productive for prime but there where plenty of seller. It would be interesting to know who some of these sellers were.
Clearly T4P have influence over the stock. A powerful tool really.
