Judging by the amount of buyers stacking up at 12.5 and sellers at 14 it would appear I4P has his followers.
Never a dull moment with DES. I've put a lot of time into understanding its business, so any offer better be a ripper :-)
DES are about to settle on the Waterfront to, so dont forget there's another 19 million into the kitty.
