potential problem for key options vs shares

this might be a potential problem for key options keyo


the company's market cap could increase through issue of more shares and the shares might not reach over 35 cents. They probably will but if more shares are issued the market cap increases if the sp stays the same....


anything thing this is gonig to happen eg if key need to expand their operations in the future etc etc.

i hold 140 000 options so hope it gets to $8 thats my wishful thinking target :)
