Now total silence.
Are those who are interested in Lepidico technology trying to raise the upfront fee say around 10 million.
or
They have the money but Lepidico doesn't want that money to compromise or complicated the application for finance from US government.
Doesn't really matter, just follow the least line of resistance. If the trend is up buy, if the trend is down sell.
