Fair enough. My recall is not that it was costly, but that it was a cost which was "not required" (which I thought was dumb, at the time - from a science point of view, I get it, from a marketing "people are super twitchy about this, and will want definitive proof" I thought it was dumb) as it was covered in the rest of the proveup.
