There is no link, trust me I have looked. That website obviously used an image from Qualcomms website to go with Brainchips PR article.
The only connection between qualcomm and Brainchip is Jeff Krichmar. He has worked on Qualcomm Zeroth products and he is now on the advisory board at Brainchip.
It narrows the list, but this was already known and pointed out exhaustively on this forum
