Excellent post, thanks for sharing. The new financial year is finally upon us and I am very excited for these results to finally arrive. We have all seen for ourselves the progress that has been made over recent months, now we wait and see whether these results will reflect all that progress made. The sales per rep is really quite phenomenal to me, and really points to the opportunity for further growth here. Each sales rep must really be at full capacity by simply managing their existing customers, so having additional reps will really help ease the pressure a bit and will allow the company to get around to a much larger number of new accounts.
I agree that confirmation of sustained growth is very important. I am reminded of a post you made last year, highlighting this with a comparison of EYE to PNV. In the case of PNV the market was also slow to react to the strong growth being recorded, with the re-rate only occurring after they had recorded a full year of very strong growth. EYE is now at a similar stage to where PNV's rerate began.
