Moorfields is the top eye hospital in London so they would be able to use whatever they want as long as it's approved in the UK but use on the NHS is totally different.
NICE rejected RECELL spray on skin treatment for burns (Avita medical) which substantially reduces recovery time ( so less time in hospital ) surgery time etc but it's expensive so that's used in private hospitals.
