    .. with interest rates fallen to 0% yeterday in JAPAN +
    measures to buy corporate bond and create stabil fund worth many billions Prospect of refinancing looks better and better...

    If we can pay 17% and 10% on some portion of our loan and still make some Operational profit ( e.g. 1.7 c per share)

    Imagine what refinancing could do to SP ?
