Hi Quest09 -

Not an ID holder (yet) but looking at it very closely as I like the whole region and most ground / people around the central Gawler Craton.

I've had some experience looking into ICSID / World Bank Tribunal matters in the past and it seems clear from precedent that the Tribunal has a very dim view of asset nationalisation - or even just creative failure to issue approvals and licenses after investment by foreign treaty members.

My guess is that IDA wipe the floor with Tanzania. The only question is whether or not Tanzania agree to settle it prior to a ruling ,and whether that takes the form of handing the assets back + cash, or just cash, and how much cash in either circumstance.

If it goes to a ruling it's hard to know what IDA would be awarded, but at a $25m market cap today, if they even got 1/3 of their claim, then one might consider it reasonable that they should at least double as they will be fully funded to triple down on Gawler Craton gold exploration.

Whichever way it goes, Bronwyn Barnes is a smart operator and will deliver value for shareholder IMO.
