don't worry. over short term you should delete this company from your watchlist. imagine a person who just lost his job and while he files his tax return for fy24, he realised he is earning less than the previous year. however he also recently found a better paying job with a sign on bonus but on a 6 months probation. will be he stay on? time will tell.
