very large volume changed hands today. short starts to cover now? I'm puzzled by the big fall today given it has fallen significantly over the weeks. kudos to the shorters. is there is no massive walk out of the sales, the settlement eventually will be collected. of course, with settlement worth over $280m, any delay carries a financial cost and opportunity. in addition, if sales slowed relate to NW area, future land developments should reduce the impact.
