This isn't small cap it's medium cap..
this was investors.. potentially substantial holders buying on the market.. hoping Ann on production + financial report will cause SP to reach 0.60+ again
we should see the name of the substantial holder within 1-2 weeks time..
it was a big push.. perhaps 2 million dollars buying
