no general rule about anns... some companies are pumping ANNs every week ..others every month while others every quarter (when it's kind of mandatory from ASX). In general they make a price sensitive announcement when they have something important about sales/partnerships or product that may impact the price (like the last ANN made by Atomo ... which might have gone the wrong way in the short term
