Just a thought on two possible scenarios from here, no doubt there are more but I’m an optimist.

1. V shape recovery continues, AT1 finds support slowly but steadily via true believers who realise they are not a one trick pony that was too slow to the race.

2. 2nd wave hits, market crashes. AT1 quickly booms due to support from panic investors looking to get back on the COVID hype as their Webjet shares tank again.

Every time I doubt myself I recheck the facts on why I invested and quickly find calm. While I have no clue on whether we have seen the bottom, I am confident it’s more of a question on whether it will be short or medium term before we find our footing.

If option 2 proves to be true, let’s make sure we learn from the current emotionally roller coaster as we would likely see a quick rise in price, followed by further drops when the short term profit seekers get bored and once again move on.
