According to me, I think at the moment 0.3 seems to be a fair valuation for AT1 at the moment, they sold shares at 0.2 and it went up after their deal with NG biotech. Their next deal would push it up a little and then it may drop down to around 0.4.
But in the long run it would definitely cross 1$
