So that makes 3 potential Chinese miners who can actually build a mine in DRC.

I think we all know Player 1 = Huayou. (credit facilities are ready)
Now who is Player 2? And is there a Player 3?

Suddenly the 50c target after JORC doesn't seem unreasonable... If I were one of these players, I'd start bidding now.
