    As i have state previously Juichan imo are not in the business of running mines.They were after and got their offtake agreement(product) and possibly a good investment that will return them healthy profit too(eventually).
    Ox won't bother imo to concentrate on getting p/hill up and running
    xtrata still finalising JBM.
    Locally (tassie) nobody with enough clout(to my knowledge).
    Looking forward to some constructive posts
