James, the acuity facility only really works if we have massive volume (i.e. 120 million shares or so traded) and massive price spike. If we get to double digits and keep going to the teens then this facility would be of great benefit as there are no 6% underwriting fees that a normal placement attracts. This facility will not be used again under double digits pricing.Keep spinning the negative---I too have questioned managment over the past couple of weeks. However the lihtium market is poised for continued outperformance and we will get noticed. Stu and Steve are talking to everyone. It only takes one big buyer and we are humming.
A great twitter chartist (Gassin) also has us rerating to 9 then 13 then 28. Fingers crossed. BTW he picked ADN at 3 cents.
