Thanks sandfire I missed that. At 290mg/L you're looking at 4kg give or take for 20kL or brine. Question is what kind of flow rates you can expect from the operation. Looking at some industsrial water pumps, you could pump 5 million litres per hour with some, the question is what the flow rate is under the surface before the whole thing collapses/blows, and how best to capture it so you don't end up recirculating depleted brines. I don't think it'd be hard to push some serious volumes, even 20,000L per hour. The question is how quickly can you process it as 20kL tanks would fill pretty quickly.
to put things in perspective, a Tesla battery uses about 10KG of lithium. A laptop battery uses about 4-8g.
