What a run today and!
Congratulations to all holders. Rumours have been going around that there could be a potential bidder for A2.
Just wondering if it is really a good thing if you are to hold the investment for the long term as I reckon if we hold the shares for a few years the future return will be a multiplication factor regardless who makes and what the offer is.
JD's boss Liu Qiangdong was planning to acquire A2 in 2015 which didn't go through for some reasons. As a result his wife and him were behind the listing of Bubs.
Never actually going through a takeover before. Let's say someone does makes an offer say $4~$5. If the deal goes through will all shareholders be forced to sell and surrender their shares at that price in a per-determined timeframe? Or shareholders can still decide to hold their investments?
If it's just rumours be prepared for a wilder rider than usual.
