good conversation , but I dont think that SEA is a takeover target at the moment , I believe SEA might be the one taking over or merging with another company . yes the biggest players are moving on shore in the Bakken but SEA Bakken assets are split into 3 areas with already existing jv's with large players so a take over would seem unlikely however a continued divestiture of the leases would seem more likely , perhaps to current JV partners as SEA moves to become a MAJOR player in the Mississippian basin . would also think that with the additional cash on hand that the research into becoming a North American listed company should accelerate so that the company could attain a more "correct value" for the shares . the sole listing on the ASX imo is holding the share price down buy at least $1 . either the day trading mentality of the ASX players or the control of the ASX by such a small block of investors that free honest trading is not happening . SEA is very much in need of a MUCH larger investor pool that a N.A. listing would provide ...
