    Nope. You do know why Morningstar refers to AVH as "no moat Avita" right? It's because they don't have any defensible IP for their Recell product.

    Renovacare, AVH even failed to defend its IP against a tiny no-name company in Renovacare. You can read about it here.

    If it can't defend its IP against a tiny little upstart like Renovacare, it has no chance against any real business that wants to compete, which is why it is often referred to as "no moat Avita".
