What is to stop the Chinese going behind SDL's back and doing a deal directly with the Cameroon Government, cutting out the middle man?
Instead of Cameroon issuing the permit to SDL, they issue it to the Chinese. SDL turns around and says, yeah well what about our contract for the Mbalam Tenement?
President Biya replies "What contract"
Anyway, extremely doubtful, but I have always had this lingering doubt, and I am just not sure whats their to stop it from happening.
