Croc says he knows the true value of the company but he provides no detail to justify any type of valuation. He anchors to the fact AMI was once 90cps and therefore that’s the point it should return to - despite a world of change occurring between then and now.
Croc says he “invests for gain not for emotion”… and yet he acts like business is a football game and you need to pick a side. (Two teams joining forces can’t equal 5?) He also has no idea what MAC do (including what their share count is) or what their scrip is worth... but he knows he’s not a seller.
The irony is he’s an emotional investor who has picked a side and will (hopefully) ride this investment back to the prior highs (probably his cost base). Thankfully Croc’s vote means 2/5ths of SFA.
