as i said, if you read my post, I have no problem with the salient points that cashie raises. If anyone actually does the research required maybe my points might be better understood. The thing about investing is to buy low, sell high. Research is critical on where an investment is going, not where it is now. I have property, and shares now comfortably retired as a result of investment choices. But sure, foreward thinking is not all that common. There are always risks. Everytime you cross a road, is a risk. Markets are reactive, not proactive. You want to make money? Be ahead of the game.
