AMI won't merge or be bought out by anyone without Brazil's tick of approval - He owns almost 20% of AMI.
Another reason why AMI is in rare air for a retail shareholder. As this really high ownership stake by a board member gives all Shareholders some level of AMI board representation, even if that is just through an aligned mutual interest regarding the AMI share price.
