I agree. I think the takeover price is really going to be more dependant on AVZ's negotiating skills with the potential purchasers than the current share price per se.

I imagine the price point will be more dependant on the value of the actual mine to a buyer, and whether they can afford for one of their competitors to beat them to it. That's where ML needs to come through for shareholders in negotiations with buyers.
