I read through the AGM Agenda and created a spreadsheet in order to endeavour to find the following information, assuming that all of the resolutions in the AGM Agenda are approved.

• How much cash will AVZ have, pre and post exercise of options, for the necessary drilling to achieve a JORC value?

• What will be the total number of shares issued pre and post exercise of options?

However, with some shares and options issued within the 15% approval limit, some outside the pre-approved 15%, some other placements to instos, etc. and some freebees to employees, I became totally confused and could not work out the answers.

Is this information readily available somewhere, or has somebody from HC already worked it all out?
