Agree. Sell some for 15c with the agreement to TO at say 25c.
Then they use the 15c shares to push it down and pick up plenty more. End of the day more shares they own cheaper the TO will be. Dont need to buy your shares out @25c
Why only sell 10m to them? Maybe more would of pushed them over the significant holder and have to show their hand?
