At current SP the 10 cent fully franked dividends (with associated risks of another downturn in mining activity) are not as attractive when the SP was nearer $1.00.
Movement suggests there may be another takeover brewing in the Mining Engineering Sector.
Takeover, if one eventuates, will add around 25% premium. If one does not arrive then similarly we could see a fall of similar size.
