thanks teddie and dungac. Biggest concern is if we head back to the averages of $8/lb. the irr at $13 is 43%, so i expect at $8 the irr would drop to a level where the project would either not be attracted enough for financing, off take, buyout, or what ever. Hoping we see stabilisation soon.
