    Issue is with such a low MC at the current price share based payment will be giving away a larger proportion of the company than if the price was higher, as well as having the current debt.

    Personally I would like to see at least 6 months of positive cash flow and some debt wiped before borrowing again.

    Unsure how they could acquire a company efficiently at the current time.

    Apple are releasing the new iPhone shortly which historically boosts their SP and may be some attention back to tech, I am aware I'm clutching at straws here.
