If CMQ loose their court appearance in jan then this group could be the knights in shinning armour who pay the bond holders out and prevent Cmq going in to liquidation.
If they were to pay out the bonds in return for equity based on the share price of 16c that they bought in at on mon they would control 80%of the company, add to that the 5% from mon and any other substancial shareholding they may have access to and they would be very close to 90% and compulsory acquisition.
The company may be so desperate it could potentially be much lower. So current shareholders may suffer massive dilution and have no choice but to accept an offer a fraction of what they beleive their shares to be worth.

Anything would be better than going in to liquidation and the directors and management would probarbly be appreciative of removing the pressure of shareholders.
