With the recent Substantial Shareholder changes I've been digging and found that earlier this year that the following occured:

AMA CASA PROPS 122 PROPRIETARY LIMITED sold their 5.9% stake. In a project that is within my mind on track for a great DFS after a great PFS.

Recently Kumane Investments sold down nearly 2-3% of their stake. Kumane Investments or The Kumane Trust owns / owned a large stake in Bauba Resources.

They then sold this to Raubex Group Limited who are now taking over that company, taking it private and delisting them.

Now I'm not entirely across the laws but the last update i can find on Top 20 Shareholders was from Market Index update on the 27th of sept last year.

Raubex Group Limited have a 9.56% stake in VR8.

Also they only need to declare a change if its more than 1% the first sale from Kumane was 0.9%. Todays was 1.1% so anyone who acquired that if they are another substantial holder has 2 Business Days to report to the market. It will be interesting to see what happens on the Friday.

Again, this is all my own opinion and I'm probably looking too deep into this. What's everyone else's thoughts?
