if kinghorn is averaging 45-50c with 20% on this at these prices if i were him i would potentially take this over @10-20c/share which is just a little more than what he paid for initally with that 20%
the properties are government based
great rents
bought at reasonable prices
or apart from him another institution could take this over for a bargain
