Definitely very expensive although I would be interested in seeing the details for how they arrive at that number and what exactly is included. For sure though it's a huge financial outlay and big commitment but I was only addressing the hiring of new staff.
Personally I'm very happy with the deal Neuren made for trofinetide and would be ok with them pursuing a similar strategy for 2591. That said I'm not sure what would happen if things get too complicated with the rights to the drug in the case of a company wanting to pursue a take over. Continued success in these phase two trials should only be a good thing but from an individual investor's standpoint it can vary from person to person depending on risk tolerance and desired timeframes
