The only rationale I have seen presented here is so they it can essentially be flipped, to include the Rett and Fragile X indications - A BP can negotiate between Neu and Acad if that was the desired end game - it would also be a massive risk for Baker Bros as I see it.
Neu will have more to offer than Acadia if our 4 indications come good, which looks like they will for mine.
