Packer once said, and I quote "I don’t know anybody that doesn’t minimise their tax … Of course I’m minimising my tax. If anybody in this country doesn’t minimise their tax they want their head read. As a government I can tell you you’re not spending it that well that we should be paying extra”.

The fact that the govt doesn't care about spending the tax we pay, wisely, makes them think the Australian public are an ATM for their inability to spend well. Phuck them, I say. I'll pay what tax I have to, according to the law, and not a cent more, if I can help it.
