I posted a while back that perhaps $7-$8b USD in cash and then a 1:1 share offer in Acadia shares might be a viable option.

Gives holders that want out, an exit at a reasonable SP (circa $80-$90 per share) and then the upside of maintaining future, unrealised value with Acadia shares for those that want to hold and see what the future holds for this wonder drug.

I would not be surprised with such an outcome.

I have also been thinking about Neuren going it alone and wonder whether the recent reference to Blackrock is a possible hint at what the future may hold. At present we don't have the infrastructure to go it alone but what if we worked out a "reverse trofinetide" deal where they provided upfront capital and took a % of revenue, with milestones etc. The money would give us the ability to advance the pipeline and hire the staff necessary to do so and potentially commercialise.

Unlikely but an option worth considering.
