Can't be too specific, but one of the very recent WHL recommendations mentioned a target by Steve.
It indicated they are not looking to move from a 5 cent stock to an 8 cent stock - but to a company with a 200 million dollar market cap! So, that's around the 16 cents per share that has been discussed here.
That info may already be fairly well known but thought some may find it interesting - I do!
