EL ,this isnt what I had found before,but in the short term it should be of some use.
In particular section 4.1 I beleive.
As I have stated previously the Western Australian government legislated that all offshore gas found and produced should supply 15% to the local domestic market.
To make this happen the WA government can offer royalty holidays.
