Will be interesting to see to potential merger details, given the presentation states potential upside of shell decision, cue holding, gigantor, winchester etc, I would not want to issue to many shares based on current SP to get more permits, of which we hold a 45% interest in already......i like this company prospects, i hope the merger details are fair & equitable
