How vulnerable is our economy and our national defence if 100% of our fuel is imported on ships .... 2 weeks of fuel reserves in storage and no significant domestic vehicle fuel production capacity. The economy would grind to a halt and the best military ships, subs and planes wont help you if you cant refuel em. It's a major national security issue.
