Another scenario I had thought of early on, hence, I originally thought it would be dragged out, was executing the deal after 30/6 and receive the cash after this date. Tax gets deferred a year in this scenario. The directors have a lot of skin in the game so it’s beneficial to them too. You timed your entry well, if this is what the delay has been about.
I have always believed the sale would go through and since it is 30/6 time, i was hoping there would be more ppl selling to down to 2cps lol.
